I am Jenna Hillier. Since 2011, I have guided women as they connect with their bodies, find their purpose, and release their attachment to the judgement and cycles that sabotage their confidence. I teach women how to shift their mindset, identify simple adjustments to their daily routines to transform their eating habits, end emotional eating and achieve lasting balance.
I understand that this Body and food freedom business is really personal. It didn’t come naturally for me, the positive thinking, adoration of my body and confidence of self. I busted through my own limiting beliefs to feel beautiful in my skin and free in my life and that’s exactly why I feel passionate and qualified to help you do the same for yourself.
