Over the past week we’ve talked a lot about emotional eating. See, my goal is to let intelligent, busy, and caring women know…

Your Body is not the problem - your mind is! And once you address the mind, tap into your Body and start living your best life now… you will experience the freedom you crave - plus your Body will transform naturally.

But when you try and figure out how to find freedom through losing just a bitttt more weight (diets and meal plans) - it can be a real challenge.
