A note from Jenna

Hey there! I’m sister, wife, and entrepreneur on a mission to compassionately disrupt the status quo for what is healthy and beautiful.

Trust me when I say that my mind was as "black and white" as they come. I went from one extreme (restrictive eating + hours of abs and glutes in the gym) to the next (eat whatever + not workout for months). Neither, ultimately, felt the way I thought it would. I felt... blah and unfulfilled...

Until I got super compassionate, super curious, and started to explore health with more simplicity.

What I learned: vibrant health can be as easy as one intentional action a day (and you do not have to sacrifice your joy, pleasure, or time with your family to have it).

For example, when I start my day with whole foods, my body recognizes the nutrients, craves more throughout the day, and pumps out energy all day long.

My dream is to spend every day doing what lights me up, in a Body that I adore… with a gang of girls that I love!
