What do you mean by clean eating? (Is it paleo? Keto? Other?)
Chef Julia (who’s also a certified health coach) has created a meal plan for you to experiment with food pairing.
Now, wft is that?? Based on the way foods mix together, and how your body naturally digests food, there are certain foods that are best to eat together or apart. It’s very important to me that this isn’t your typical, restrictive cleanse experience.
We want to educate you on what foods pair best together, scientifically, and then support you to explore them with delicious, easy meals.
The result of intentional food pairing? Higher, longer lasting energy. Comfort in your body during and after you eat. Bye-bye to gas and bloating. The best part? At the end of the day you get to choose what foods you love (without restriction).
How will the 12 days be structured?
Day 1-3: One hour LIVE Group Coaching Calls with Jenna each day (Wednesday, January 16th - Friday, January 18th) filled with amazing tools, intuitive eating practices, and hot-seat coaching to guide you into self-discovery and self-mastery before the meal-plan begins. Plus, connect with Jenna each day for a 15 minute, private coaching call to address your unique blocks + breakthroughs.
Day 4: One hour LIVE Group Call with Jenna + Chef Julia (Saturday, January 19th) where we will show you exactly how to meal-prep for the week so you’re set up for success (delicious meals + high, sustainable energy) all week long.
Day 5: I’ve got a surprise cooking for you.
Day 6 - 12: You’ll follow the meal-plan provided (and prepped for!) with support in the private Facebook group. Plus, connect with Jenna each day for a 15 minute, private coaching call to address your unique blocks + breakthroughs. Unprecedented, insightful accountability so you follow-through and learn more about your Self, food + body than ever before.
BONUS CALL: Day 12 (Sunday, January 27th) we’ll celebrate together on a LIVE Group Coaching Call. Note: there will be surprises, give-aways and dance breaks.
Are the calls online/in person?
Group coaching calls will be held virtually on Zoom. I will poll each participant for their preferred time so that we find a time that suits the majority of participants.
Private coaching calls with Jenna are held virtually on Jenna’s private conference line. You will be able to book these calls at a time that best suits you, daily.
